What is a managed IT service?

We run your IT infrastructure for a fixed monthly fee — servers, networks, endpoints, backups, and support. You get one contract and one number to call. We monitor, patch, and maintain the systems so your people can work.

What does the IT User Desk subscription include?

Unlimited support, IT management, and a dedicated account manager — on every tier. Higher tiers add Microsoft 365, the Office suite, endpoint protection, and managed security. Pricing runs from €20 to €55 per user per month.

How fast do you respond to a problem?

One hour maximum on high-criticality issues, four hours on low-criticality ones. Every managed device is monitored 24/7, so we often see a fault before you report it.

Do you support companies outside Bucharest?

Yes. We support head offices and remote sites across Romania — remote administration for most work, on-site visits when the hardware needs hands. Our office is in Bucharest, Sector 1.

How does an engagement start?
