Endpoints

Backups

Backup jobs run, and we test the restore. A backup nobody has restored is a hope, not a backup.

Identity & access

Microsoft 365 accounts, group policy, joiners and leavers. Access granted on the first day, removed on the last.

Vendor coordination

Your ISP, your line-of-business software vendor, your printer contract. We hold the relationship so you hold one.
